チャネリング講師、セラピスト

Channeling instructor and therapist

1965年9月生まれ、大阪府出身。
Born in September, 1965.
 
横浜国立大学合格後、日本女子大学に進学。
国文学を専攻する一方で、精神医学概論や心理学科でのカウンセリング科目を履修し、人の心や意識の仕組みに関心を深める。
 
2006年、スピリチュアルな感性が開花。
翌年よりカウンセリング・セッションを開始する。
それまで霊感や特別な感覚があったわけではなく、
試行錯誤と実践を重ねる中で、意識や感覚を段階的に開いてきた経験を持つ。
そのため、「能力がない」と感じている人が、どのように開いていけるのかを、現実的に伝えられることを強みとしている。
 
高次元からのメッセージを受け取る過程で、
恋愛・結婚、仕事、人間関係など、人生の現実的な悩みがなぜ生まれるのか、
どこで本来の自分とズレてしまうのかが明確になっていく。
現在は、スピリチュアルな視点だけに留まらず、
心理学・精神医学・脳科学などの研究を踏まえた「リセットセラピー」を提供。
本来の自分に立ち戻り、人生を再設計するためのサポートを行っている。
 
また、20年にわたる実践と知識を次世代へ継承するため、
チャネリングやカウンセリング、セラピーを本気で社会に生かしたい人材の育成にも力を注いでいる。
 
 
After being accepted to Yokohama National University, she chose to study at Japan Women’s University.
While majoring in Japanese literature, she also completed coursework in introductory psychiatry and psychological counseling, deepening her interest in the structure of the human mind and consciousness.
 
In 2006, her spiritual sensitivity began to awaken, and in the following year she started offering counseling sessions.
Prior to this, she had no natural psychic abilities or spiritual experiences. Through years of practice, reflection, and exploration, she gradually developed her sensitivity and awareness.
Because of this background, she is especially skilled at guiding people who feel they have “no spiritual ability” to reconnect with their own intuition and inner perception in a grounded and practical way.
 
As she learned to receive guidance from higher dimensions, she came to understand why difficulties arise in areas such as relationships, marriage, work, and human connections—and how people become disconnected from their true selves.
Today, she offers Reset Therapy, an integrative approach that combines spiritual insight with research-based perspectives from psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience.
Her work focuses on helping individuals return to their authentic selves and redesign their lives from that foundation.
 
With 20 years of experience, she is also dedicated to mentoring and training the next generation—those who sincerely wish to apply channeling, counseling, and therapeutic skills in a meaningful and responsible way within society.
